Please read these terms carefully before using the 33bme platform. This page contains all guidelines for accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 33bme ("Platform") regarding the use of the 33bme platform and related services ("Services").

- Your account will not be operated on behalf of any business entity.
- You are not a person whose account was previously suspended or closed due to a breach of any 33bme terms.
The platform may request additional information or documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
When creating an account on 33bme, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts, operating a family member's account, or placing bets on behalf of someone else is a violation of this policy. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
3.3 Password & Access
Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Notify 33bme immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. 33bme will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
3.4 Account Suspension
33bme reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:
- Suspected breach of terms or fraud
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Using bots, automated software, or unfair methods
- Refusing to cooperate with identity verification
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
33bme currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits
4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before withdrawing, your account identity verification must be complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
4.4 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.
4.5 Transaction Security
33bme uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to keep all financial transactions secure. The platform may impose restrictions on the use of third-party payment methods.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
33bme offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (cap) → total ৳18,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated at 25 times the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined).
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- 33bme reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses are only usable on games designated by the platform; some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
5.4 VIP & Cashback Program
33bme has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Users can move to a higher tier through regular active play. VIP cashback terms apply separately.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
A confirmed bet or game round cannot be cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, 33bme will refund the staked amount.
6.2 Validity of Results
Results for 33bme games and sports markets are determined based on data from the platform's approved providers. These results are considered final and binding.
6.3 Game Integrity
33bme uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Game service providers are periodically audited by independent third parties.
6.4 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Participating in collusion or match manipulation
- Placing systematic bets with the intent to abuse bonuses
- Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
6.5 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding any result or transaction, contact 33bme support within 72 hours of the event. The platform's recorded data will be treated as final evidence for resolving disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bme's total liability for any claim will be limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding three months.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Changes to Terms
33bme may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10.2 Severability
If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between the user and 33bme. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this agreement.
